These are my daily products I use in the shower. I use a body scrub everyday to keep my skin as soft as possible. I bought this shampoo and conditioner because it said it was sulfate and paraben free...which it is NOT! A sulfate and paraben free shampoo isn't supposed to lather, and this does...VERY much so. But it also made my hair feel very dry. I use the L'Oreal deep conditioning masque and it helps but I hear that it can cause a build up, I haven't noticed anything. I ordered some new shampoo and conditioner and as that arrives this will be going in the GARBAGE. I only use the face scrub once a week because I don't have a problem with break outs, but I do like to deep clean it once a week to make sure of that.
